For almost two decades, I’ve had a passion for color, design and creating beautiful surroundings and I was certified in image consulting in 2003 and then as a home staging expert. I love taking ordinary homes and transforming them into something truly special where buyers will say “Wow, I could live here!”. I like to work fast and efficiently and often it’s simple changes that have the biggest impact.

The Walk & Talk

A must for every home that is occupied! Your seller will have a one hour walk through consultation that will leave them with an action item list, confidence and motivation! And yes, I’ll address any uncomfy topics such as pets, unsightly decor, dead plants, dirt, etc. so you don’t have to, which preserves your relationship with your seller.

Occupied Home Accessory Staging

Beyond the Walk and Talk appointment, some homeowners just don’t have the needed accessory items such as fresh towels, throw pillows, plants and other decorative touches that are necessary to truly create a picture perfect photo shoot. Home Staging Express will provide photo prep staging which includes furniture placement and necessary decorative items so your listing will shine above the rest!

Vacant Home Staging

A Home Staging Expert will prepare the vacant home for sale with any needed furniture and decorative items to make a warm and wonderful impression on your buyers.
